Horrible guest behavior

If you actually want to hear the film, you're in the wrong place. It sounds more like you're in a bar than a cinema, with all the chattering, people talking on phones, etc. Except at least at a bar you wouldn't have teens running around unsupervised and babies crying. The overworked staff makes no effort to hold guests to any sort of standard, unlike the nicer places. Just a lot of riff-raff.

Heartbreak never felt so terrible in a place like this...

Yesterday I drove an hour to visit AMC 30 in mesquite TX to watch Scream 6 in 3d. When the previews started in 3D the screen was blurry and the 3D effect wasn't working... (Yes I had my glasses on). The projector wasn't properly calibrated. I contacted theater staff (4 people sitting at a desk doing nothing). I alerted them of the situation. They said they would send somebody... By the time the movie started nothing was done. I didn't spend 30 dollars for a movie I'd been waiting to watch for a year, just to stare at a blurry screen. I'll never attend another movie at AMC again. Is this how you treat all your customers?!? Maybe Nicole Kidman was right- heartbreak never felt so good in a place like this. Thanks for the worst movie going experience I have ever been a part of. - an ex AMC movie goer.

worst AMC experience ever!!!

Ticket machines outside are app only, tellers are no better. 30 minutes in line the only way anyone moved up was when costumers left. I never made it inside, but I won't be back. I'll wait for it to come out at Walmart's bargain bins. AMC used to be the big dog in the industry, now they're more like what a big dog leaves behind.

Needs to be cleaned

Went and looked like no one had cleaned the area at all. Asked for assistance with getting some clean table areas, but it was quicker to get the stuff and handle it myself. They need someone who pays attention to detail to manage the place and employees who want to work.

Rundown and filthy

None of the kiosks work and they look 30 years old. Concession stand has ONE worker and he is working at a snails pace. Place is filthy and the theater seats are almost all ripped. How about sweeping up for a change? Terrible!

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!

Horrible customer service, we arrived to the movie theater the movie had already started and the place was trashed from the previous movie. We when outside to give a complaint and get someone to clean the mess, two associates came to clean and along came a manager (kevin) he approach us with an attitude asked us for our tickets, after showing him our tickets he had nothing else to do but asked us for ID. Insulted about the way he approach us we asked why was he asking for ID he asked us with an attitude if we had a problem with him asking us for an ID. We requested to get a refund and left the theater. I will NEVER go back to amc 30.

Never again!

I have been coming to this theater for entertainment. After today never again! Me and my husband come as date to see movie enjoy a dinner and a beer. Customer service worst I have ever experienced. Staff likes to laugh and play instead of waiting on customers. Sounds like bad management. I will definitely take my service to another. Yes I did get my money back! I will spend 100.00 some place else

A horrible work in progress

I purchased my tickets online to avoid standing in the line, but the ticket person couldn't operate the scanner, so it took a while. The worst experience ever at any theater I've ever visited is the concession area. The wait, the utter inefficiency, and the management is worth never going to another movie again. The drinks are self-served so what is the problem. The popcorn was burned. The service was slow. I have one day off in a month, and wanted to go to the movies. I should have gone to work.

I've never seen it so dirty.The soda machine was out of syrup.

You could not look anywhere and not see trash, pop corn, and empty cups. Hey what's the use of Stubs line here if they just pass you by.

Worst Popcorn In town!!!!

Sound was good, seats are comfortable food choices were very good however they have changed their brand of popcorn for something extremely Cheap, very hard and does not taste good, the popcorn they had before was good, will be looking for a new movie theater to go tol
