I used to be a regular at this location and after a bad experience gave it a break. Went for the first time in about 3 months and anither bad experience. I decided to speak with the manager to give a chance to resolve the issue. I will say they did offer to.let us see the movie again (which this is the last weekend for) as ours was very rudely interrupted by the staff. Rushing the signing of the receipt, arguing about taking our drink glasses and all so they can rush us out of there. We watched a horror flick and all this tool place during the climax resulting in me missing several key moments. When I spoke with the manager he was condescending and cocky. I explained to him that I would not be back and he kept saying that I would be Use they're one of the top ten eat in movie places. Zero empathy was given. All,I got was a casual sure I'll let the staff know and work up training them. Wasn't very believeable and honestly felt like he could care less. We go to the movies on average 1-2 times a week. They've officially lost my business.
