Nolan's (Mamoudou Athie) house is filled with post-it notes that have reminders of where things are kept in the house. A therapist reveals he has severe memory loss after an accident that killed his wife. When he forgets to pick up his daughter Ava (Amanda Christine) from school, he decides to undergo an experimental treatment that might give him his memories back. Instead, he is haunted by something worse.
