The Dark State is a group of people who share the same vision of having a one world government, and a world with no freedom. One night, aspiring movie actress Katie (Katie Stahl) and her friend Violet (Kim Carson) go to a party arranged by servants of the Dark State. The next morning, Katie is involved in a fatal car accident, leaving her as the sole survivor. Local reporter Alicia Gazzara (K. O'Rourke) has connections with Katie, and looks to report on the incident. During her investigation, Alicia uncovers dark secrets about the Dark State, who now threaten her life.
