A group called Project Power has created a pill that gives its users an unpredictable superpower for five minutes. When crime escalates due to the pill, a teenage drug dealer (Dominique Fishback), a local cop (Joseph Gordon-Levitt) and an ex-soldier (Jamie Foxx) team up, but they have to take the pill themselves to take down the group responsible.
