Best Theater in the 757

Just wanted to call out the broke people who are complaining about skipping lines... the truth is that there are two lines - dont be upset cause you do not have access to a quick que line lol -- people will always hate based on their own misfortunes.... By the way a quick que pass at busch Gardens is over $80 bucks a day ..The AMC membership is $15 bucks for the YEAR lol . you dont see post about people cutting in line at Busch Gardens..becuase quick que has their own line ... are you gonna get mad about getting a standard room at a hotel when you find out someone gets a free presidential suite ... lol

Best Seats in town !!

Love this AMC 24 , I have been to all the theaters in town by far this is the best one !! I have a AMC membership and its perfect!!! I even get a discount on my popcorn and soda !!

Manager played movie just for me

A few days ago I went to see Jules. Manager did want to screen movie because AC was not up to par in that auditorium. I told her I don`t care, nagged her awhile, told me she turned on the movie, go down there and if I did not like the temperature to return for a refund or credit. If was kind of cool, I have lived in Texas & California so short of steam rising from floor and chairs anything is bearable. Enjoyed the odd movie. I watched it alone, theater empty, I was happy.

Rewards program perks

"Special customers" don't get to skip lines; people who pay a small fee for a rewards program get to skip lines. It's available to everyone (which makes it fair) and pays for itself in a very short time since you can buy online tickets without a service fee and save on tickets and concessions. When I go, it's clean, quiet and comfortable. My only complaint is I wish they had better menu options for dining instead of just regular, over-priced concession fare. I like to make an event out of movie going every once in a while and I'd be happy to pay $10 for a good salad but I'm not paying $10 for popcorn.

Special lines for some customers 👎🏻

Special customers get to skip lines! Completely rude to stand in line with your family as others get to cut in front of you over and over. Go somewhere where your treat equally

Manager not trying to retain guests

After multiple days of trying to reach the theater by phone regarding an upcoming sold-out movie I went to corporate to get an answer. Within minutes the theater called me and assured me there was a second showing added.... in their smallest seating. Naturally, it also was sold out by the time I was able to get online to get a ticket. On site, there were over twenty of us willing to wait for the end of the night for an added showing, with the promise of enough more on the way to sell out this third showing. Jake the manager said that it takes over two hours to download the movie to a projector and that it was too much effort. Further, I should have been refreshing the page in case they added a showing instead of trying to call in if I wanted to see it that badly. Would have been fine if you had blamed it on contracting with the distributor or something, but instead you said it was my fault. While mostly true, that’s terrible business practice
