what a dump

November 05, 2019

Went to see Harriet this weekend, what a dump. They had many broken seats that were all the way reclined and sideways that you couldnt sit on. Will never go there again. I have never seen a theater in such poor condition

Maybe the worst AMC in the country

May 27, 2019

I'm not sure why people go here or why AMC even keeps it around. The theater is stuck in time. It looks like it hasn't been cleaned in years. The seats are uncomfortable, broken, and they have not been informed most people prefer to reserve their seats now. I'm not kidding when I say this might be the worst AMC in the country. It's worth driving all the way to Pembroke, Sunset or Aventura just to avoid this theater.

High priced and no value for the money.

June 11, 2017

Only positive thing was the fact that they brought back the ticket sales to the exterior. Preserving the movie experience to the old ways. Now the bad news. no visible ticket pricing in the window like before. Apparently, too embarrassed to list the price increases and no offer for student discounts or senior citizens. no offers for matinee pricing either. They have resorted to simplifying the menu choices to a few selections. Now, not only do I get to pay $6 for a small soda that I have to serve myself(I'm apparently on the staff now) but I have to do it on a Coke vending machine that is constantly running out of syrup cartridges and ice. I had to wait 10 minutes for the popcorn machine to make fresh popcorn, apparently the staff can't turn around to realized that they are going to run out of popcorn. Inexcusable! I missed the first ten minutes of my movie. The least they could've done was to upsize my bag to a bucket, since there are only two sizes. they had a group of patrons all waiting at a designated area for their "food". They are quick at taking your money though. Someone should be assigned to keeping the popcorn flowing and the food cooked. My theater #4 smelled either of wet rug or mold. Scary, Scary, Scary... My suggestion, they haven't done anything to earn your 11+ dollars. Take your money to another theatre. All they have done is rebrand the theatre and increased their revenues. At this pace, I see them losing their customer base over time. P.S. Leave those Coke vending machines at the local Burger King or Wendys where they belong. They are not high volume machines. Bring back some value for my money. I work had for it, and you should too.
