TERRIBLE

The staff was rude to both me and my little cousin, who came home crying. They insulted me for my physical appearance. When we asked for a refund after me missed part of the movie due to their yelling, the manager threatened to not refund is. Never go!

Manager, Chris, confrontational; engages in excessive interaction towards; harasses, regular customers of cinema, over ticket verification; attempts to mandate, customers migrate to different areas of cinema, repeatedly; unnecessarily, in a condescending; demeaning manner. Once customers express concern, manager makes false claims to local law enforcement, as a resource to, validate, lack of professionalism; poor customer service skills. Manager, forced customer to, exit showing & cinema, under police supervision (4 officers), for no legitimate reason; based on false accusations, while customer possessed; displayed valid ticket for showing. Staff Member, Lily; staff overall, immature; poorly trained.

Worst Box Office Service, worst seating!

1) Seating a disaster. Uncomfortable especially for petite size people. Can’t sit up because ones back does not touch the back of the seat. I don’t go to the movies to snooze and left the theater with swollen legs and painful knees. Whatever possessed you guys? 2) Even during early hours, can’t buy a ticket easily. Some people put before you in line. You MUST choose a seat even when the theater is almost empty. Only 1 ticket agent on duty. The whole operation stinks of pretentiousness. A consolation:Restroom is very clean! No place to sit for a moment in the huge lobby.
