Hidden Gem!

Never crowded, always clean, and the staff is so friendly and helpful! I am almost hesitant to leave this review and let the secret out about how peaceful and wonderful this theater is (after seeing what a mad house the nearby Legends Theater is). Thank you to the staff at this theater for always making our movie going experience so enjoyable here!

Above and Beyond Great Customer Service

Hello, I was the Lead Volunteer for AARP's Movies For Grownups that you hosted on Thursday, November 21st. Because I had never been to your theater and we had invited Veterans as our special guests, I stopped by the theater the day before just to make sure your staff was aware and to make a couple of set up requests. Diana (don't know her title) met with me and we walked the movie room just to make sure we could accommodate the wheel chairs and our request for tables in the lobby. The evening of the event was a bit confusing as we waited for the Veterans to arrive. During that time Diana was most accommodating and helpful as we set up, actually recognizing some of our needs and taking care of them. In addition to the veterans we had about 85 AARP members in attendance as well. The rest of your staff was also polite and friendly. Thanks so very much for allowing us to have this event in your beautiful theater. Even the parking was perfect!

Customer Service

Tremendous customer service; we reserved tickets for a certain showing, but couldn’t find parking due to the Rib Cookoff event. We called customer service (I believe Heather); she fully understood and graciously agreed to change our reservation to a later showing. Parking was so packed that we still got there late- even for the later showing, and found out that Heather had automatically changed our tickets yet again for the next showing, and had them waiting for us at the counter. 5 stars- I’ll definitely come back!

Policies —rip off

1. Not enough personal so I HAVE to go through the food court to buy our tickets. 2. Of course my kids want pop corn, candies, and drinks.3. After paying my share of candies, a $27 combo + tickets, they ask me to toss my coffee shake —which is actually my lunch and they don’t sell anything similar. It HAS to stay at the door! Says the manager. I understand you are no longer in the entertainment business (but the food business), but it is your strict and nonsense rules , the reason why people would rather watch the same movies at home. So disappointed, feeling (hungry, and..) ripped off. 😵?💫

Don't go here!!!!! Horrible service

3 minutes agoNEW They accused me of smoking in the bathroom and said I had to leave halfway thru the movie(I don't even smoke). They wouldn't refund my money. So then they stopped the movie and called the police one me.......... obviously had no lighter cigs/vape/whatever.............no apologies. No refund. Just total disrespect from management.
