Movie postings

October 21, 2019

I don't know why it is that this is the only theater that can't get it's movie times posted until Tuesday evening. All the other theaters post at least by Monday morning. It's rather annoying. I love the theater and go every single week. What is up with the management?

Really disappointed.

November 28, 2018

Went to the 11:00 AM showing of "Instant Family" at the Waterworks Cinema today (11/28/2018). The seats were very comfortable. The sound was a little loud as it usually is there. The movie was actually pretty good. My problem? It was really hard to see the screen because they wouldn't turn the lights down when the movie started. After about 10 minutes I went looking for someone to help us out. I asked one of the ladies at the concession for help and she said she would take care of it. Nothing was done. As it was an early, weekday show my wife and I were the only people there but how much trouble could it have been to turn the lights down? After another 15 minutes or so my wife tried to find somebody to help us but this time there wasn't even anyone in the concession. As we were the only two there I used Google to look up the number for the theater on my phone and called but there was no answer. So we gave up and finished watching with the lights up. Kind of ruined the experience. It actually gave my wife a headache from all the squinting while trying to see the screen. Very disappointing.
