manager is super condenscending

We had an issue with an R rated movie and the manager Devin V. failed to properly explain the rule he was going by and instead was super condescending and smug. Better choices are available where your business is appreciated.

“Assistant Manager” was horrible

Rude, condescending, unapproachable, and just overall not helpful. There’s a right and a wrong way to handle certain situations and it seems on multiple occasions that I’ve visited the theatre he’s strayed down the wrong path. Hopefully his smug and overall rude attitude catch up to him because he’s just lost a customer of 8 years.

Horrible Management

I went to see the Joker and received an awful experience. When I went up to get into the theatre I was met by Devin who asked for my ticket and ID. I proceeded to present it to him and when he put the scanner up to my phone and lowered it I walked away. He then told me he did not scan my ticket and proceeded to insult my intelligence by calling me slow and stupid. I was there with my friends and one of my friends presented an ID that was not a state ID. Devon proceeded to insult my friend and then tried to kick him out. When I asked to speak with the general manager he refused and called security over. The security guard was very friendly and handled the situation very well while Devon continued to be smug and condescending. He refused to give me his full name and kept his name tag covered. He then proceeded to kick me and my friend off the premise without a refund. The management team seriously needs work at this location regal!! I will not be returning nor will any of my friends.
