Enjoyable Entertainment

My husband and I loved go to walk in movies. It's something we both miss greatly with Coronavirus. Regal Landing was one of the theaters we went to often. Parking is easy, the distance is perfect. We are both looking forward to the day we can eat some candy we shouldn't be eating while watching a film we both enjoy.

What customer service??

Arrived at 11:26am and doors were locked. Went to woman in ticket window and she looked up and said "We're closed!!" Ok then thanks. I asked when do you open and started walking away and said 11:30. I waited until 11:35 and someone came to the door and unlocked them. I asked if everything was okay and she took an attitude with me asking "why?!" Never mind! Finally the person who takes tickets was the first to have a smile on his face and say "Welcome ". I show my tickets and went to theater (auditorium 9) tried 3 seats before finding one NOT broken. Theater seemed clean, minus some popcorn on a few seats. I'm already here, so I'm staying for this movie, but I won't be back. Too many other theaters to get good service and working ( not to mention reclining with leg support) seats. Tainted this movie experience.

Not enough employees to check out food for customers pop corn and trash was on the floor theater
