Connor (Robbie Amell) gets out of prison and reconnects with his former criminal associate Garrett (Stephen Amell) to ask him for help. He is on a mission to remove a 14-year-old girl named Pav (Sirena Gulamgaus) from the city in order to protect her from corrupt officers. These officers, led by Sergeant King (Alex Mallari Jr.), include robotic K9s that are aiding in tracking them down.
