Everything Went Fine


Emmanuèle is working on writing her next novel when her father André suffers a stroke. Although the doctor’s prognosis is less than encouraging, "Manu" and her sister Pascale do everything possible to guarantee their father’s well-being, while repressing some bad memories. Because this wealthy industrialist did not make life easy for his daughters and their mother, a sculptor who is suffering from Parkinson's disease. As his condition stabilizes, André’s mood darkens due to the fact that he will always have partial or total paralysis of one side of his body. He wishes to die and asks Manu for assistance, but she doesn’t know how to manage this request. Euthanasia is illegal in France. But in Switzerland, things are different.
